Looking for more people, this time to work for me.
This is an entry level position.
I'm looking for an AP/AR Clerk, with working understanding of multi-entity data entry and working knowledge of QuickBooks.
We have a pretty heavy volume for AP, will soon be having heavy volume of AR as well. I will need this person to do full cycle AP, AR, some account reconciliations, fixed assets posting, some ad-hoc reporting and possibly some very light office management duties.
As I said, this is an entry level position, with a pretty significant growth potential for a right person. I am a good boss! ;)
We are a cool and unusual startup, in the motorcycle industry, with VC backing, located in Redwood City.
If you are interested, please send me your resume:

Date: 2007-12-08 04:44 am (UTC)too many responsibilities for entry level position:)
and btw how 'bout compensation. it is plain out of curiosity question, due to the fact that I
1)work in finance dept with havy ar and ap
2)ppl are awfully underpaid
3)we had to move off the quickbooks as soon as volumes went just a bit up because QB not scalable.
i would suggest start looking at MS Dynamics(Great Plains) if you are really high volum transactions environment.

Date: 2007-12-08 11:28 am (UTC)You really think its too many responsibilities for an entry level position? I've always used outsourcing for that kind of stuff before, but in this case I really need someone on site. Like I said, the potential for quick growth is there.
Compensation - really depends on the kind of person I will get... I don't have a huge budget to work with - we are a startup - so the range is $17-22/hr - with all kinds of neat benefits.
Maybe? Know anyone? :) And boy, do we have motorcycles :)
