QuickBooks? with havy AP and AR? grrr...:) too many responsibilities for entry level position:) and btw how 'bout compensation. it is plain out of curiosity question, due to the fact that I 1)work in finance dept with havy ar and ap 2)ppl are awfully underpaid 3)we had to move off the quickbooks as soon as volumes went just a bit up because QB not scalable.
i would suggest start looking at MS Dynamics(Great Plains) if you are really high volum transactions environment.
